In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, DaMarFe.it will try to recover the acquired property at the center, adding to this the shipping costs.


All products sold by DaMarFe.it are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and 24 months for lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To take advantage of the Guaranteed Assistance, the Customer must keep the sales document or the invoice that will be received with the Goods.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided on a secondary basis to illustrate the modeling in the documentation presented internally to the product. Following the intervention of an Authorized Assistance Center, the non-compliance will not be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, and the Customer will be charged for any verified and reimbursed expenses incurred by the Authorized Assistance, non-refundable and unpaid incurred by DaMarFe.it .

The 24-month warranty issued by Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, but the product itself has been used correctly, respecting its destination and what is presented in the alleged technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the Private Consumer (the natural person who acquires the market for non-refundable scoops in the course of his professional activity, carries out the acquisition without indicating in the order form a postponement of the VAT part). In case of lack of conformity, DaMarFe.it will try, independently from the Customer, to respect the conformity of the product through immediate repair / replacement or reduction of the price, ending with the termination of the contract. If, following the intervention of an Authorized Assistance Center, the vision does not lead to a violation of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be required to pay any ascertained and reimbursed expenses incurred by the Authorized Non-Assistant Assistant. transport for assistants are provided by DaMarFe.it.

Cases in the case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on shipping) are only available from the manufacturer. Time of replacement or possible repair of the product exclusively dependent on the manufacturer's policy.

In this case, for each region, it will not be able to return a guaranteed product to its customer (repurchased or replaced), DaMarFe.it will be able to proceed at its discretion against the reimbursement of the temporary import due to its production with characteristics equal to the superior.

No damage can be requested from DaMarFe.it for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

If the application of the guarantee precedes the refund of the product, it will be necessary to recover the refund from the Customer in the original confession, complete in all its lots (including packaging and any documentation and accessories); limit the damage to the original, recommended, when possible confession, to put in a second box; in all cases avoid applying the label or other stickers directly to the original confession of the product.

Any changes made as well as a guarantee or a guarantee, assumed by the Customer, must be forwarded not to any legal person indicated on the site, but rather to any of the logistics structures indicated in the bill. Any shipment of goods foreseen by legal status will be automatically refunded and returned to the center

Right of withdrawal

As indicated in Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 64 et seq. - The right of withdrawal will be stipulated ten days after the date of the contract or the endorsement of the contract, returning the regular purchase, accompanied by a recommendation with return receipt.
